Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Our commitment

CultureHub is built to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, switch devices, screen magnifiers, or who prefer reduced motion. Audio tours and audio narration double as accessibility — visitors with low vision, dyslexia, or reading difficulty get the same rich content as everyone else.

Standard we test against

CultureHub targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG 2.2 is the current published standard from the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative; Level AA is the conformance level required by the U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 ADA Title II rule for state and local government services, and is the standard most public-sector procurement requires.

How we test

Every page template on every CultureHub tenant deployment is automatically scanned against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA on each release using axe-core, the open-source accessibility engine maintained by Deque Systems and used by Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and others. The tested templates include:

  • The marketing site (homepage, contact, login, privacy, terms)
  • Every tenant module (events, public art, venues, artists, organizations, heritage)
  • Every detail-page template
  • The AI Explorer / itinerary planner
  • Submission flows and the user profile

Automated testing catches roughly 50–60% of WCAG violations. We supplement with manual review on every significant interface change, including keyboard navigation tests and screen-reader spot-checks (VoiceOver on macOS / iOS and NVDA on Windows).

Report a problem

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as priority issues:

Email accessibility@grouppps.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do, what assistive technology you were using (if any), and what happened. We aim to acknowledge reports within one business day and have a fix or workaround in place within five business days for high-impact issues.

Compatibility

CultureHub is designed to work with current versions of:

  • Modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Brave)
  • VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
  • NVDA and JAWS on Windows
  • TalkBack on Android
  • Voice Control on macOS / iOS / Windows
  • Common keyboard navigation patterns and switch devices

Conformance status

CultureHub conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Conforms" means the platform meets all Level A and AA success criteria across the page templates listed above. This statement was prepared on May 7, 2026 and is reviewed at least quarterly.
