Word On The Street: Open Mic Night at Mashup
Word On The Street: Open Mic Night at Mashup Monthly 2nd Saturdays | 5:30–9:30 PM | Hosted by Kimmiee Word On The Street is Mashup’s biweekly open mic—an evening built for poetry, presence, and community. Hosted by Kimmiee, the night centers local voices and lived experience, creating space for artists to share work that moves, challenges, and connects. Expect a rotating blend of spoken word, poetry, and live expression, underscored by DJ sets that carry the room from one voice to the next. This is not just a stage—it’s a platform. What to expect: Open mic performances (poetry, spoken word, storytelling, music) Live DJs setting the tone throughout the evening Pop-up opportunities for local artists and vendors to showcase and sell their work Whether you’re stepping up to the mic or holding space in the crowd, Word On The Street is about showing up, listening closely, and building something together—one voice at a time.
